Joining Ashimary VIP is easy! You can register for free or log in if you already have an account. Once you're in,you're automatically part of the VIP Rewards program. From there, you can easily view and use your rewards.

2. How the Ashimary VIP works

Your VIP status is determined by your spending. As you make purchases, you can level up to unlock more rewards. The higher your tier, the more rewards you'll unlock!

Please Note: After a successful payment, there's a 3-day pending period. During this time, any refund or return requests will not count towards your total spent. Your order and amount will be considered valid after the 3-day period. Once you meet the upgrade conditions, you'll move up to the next tier.

3. Does my tier status expire

All three levels, except for Ashimary Fans and Bronze Queen, remain valid for 365 days.Once your tier status expires, your new tier status will be recalculated based on the number of orders placed and the amount spent within the past 365 Days.

E. Fast Approval (Return & Refund)

After your return package is received, we will issue the refund according to the corresponding level's refund processing time. The refund arrival time varies by payment channel.

F. Extended Returns
