Disappointed

I gave my measurement and the wig was still to BIG. I'm going to try it again because I really love their wig but if it's not right this time I definitely go somewhere else.

Cap size

I ordered a small cap but I should checked to see if they can make an extra small the small is still to big for my head

Great Customer Service

I paid to have the wig resized to a size small, but it was still extremely huge. I was disappointed as the wig was “Everything”. I reached out to customer service and they offered a full refund, which I appreciate because most companies will not offer a full refund on a wig that’s been altered. I will definitely purchase bundles from Ashimary, as the quality of the hair is outstanding and make the wig myself to insure the correct size.

Overall the hair is beautiful but the customization and the lace sucks. Its thick and doesn't melt good in tge skin. I have a small head and got my unit customize and it's still TOOO BIIGGG!!!!

OMG!! This unit was beautifully constructed!!I LOVED the color blend !! It melted into my skin flawlessly!! My husband even said he loved it!! I’ve gotten so many compliments!! I REALLY LOVE IT!! I wear a small cap because I have a small head and they made a custom size cap to fit my head!!! They gave BEAUTIFUL gifts which included a super pretty robe, lashes, edge brush, wig caps and a melting band to bring it all together. I’ll be ordering another wig from them again. There was shedding, but when yo have blonde it ALWAYS SHEDS!! Anyone who says it doesn’t isn’t being honest. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with 30+ years of experience and a color specialist! A The best way to store your wig is on a wig stand. Not only does it prevent your wig from tangling or flat before wearing, but also helps you to maintain styles and shapes. Ideally, It is better to store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat or flame. If you do not have a wig stand, please turn your wig inside out and place it in a Silk bag or similar item.

QCan I Cut My Wig?

AOf course! A little trim is usually hassle free. However, if you are considering restyling or thinning your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to an experienced hairstylist who will advise you or do this for you.

QIs It Human Hair, And Can Be Dyed?

A All of our hair is 100% human hair, very soft, It feels as smooth as silk when touched by hand. Under proper care, the hair can last for more than one year. Generally, By correct dyeing techniques, can be dyed to #27 honey blonde color. And the better care you provide, the longer it will last for.

A Yes, it can be curled. It's always better to use a heat protection product before applying heat to the hair. We recommend temperature range 230-250°F. Please remember that even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high or not properly controlled.
